The other not a too known benefit of eating candies is the effect they have on reducing the risks of experiencing cardiovascular diseases. The reason behind this is not quite clear but researchers have attributed it to the presence of the chocolate in the candy. There could be other benefits that candy could have to your cardiovascular system only that the facts are not yet established.

The other less important reason why you should eat candies is that they are rich in sugar and can supply part of the sugar requirements of your body. The importance of sugar in the human body cannot be ignored since it forms the raw materials for creating of glucose in your body. Glucose on the other hand is the major source for supplying energy for your body processes and organs. With the above benefits in mind, there should be nothing to stop you from eating candies.
